STRING BEAN SALAD
Canned whole string beans (however many cans you wish, or you can use fresh), drained
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Parsley to taste
Canola Oil
Splash of vinegar
Empty cans of string beans into a bowl. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Add oil and vinegar. Toss.
*As you can see, this is a very, very simple recipe, but guests always rave over it.
**Be careful not to use olive oil, as it can overpower the fresh taste of the string beans. But you can use fresh garlic and parsley, or the dried.
